EuroSafe Imaging Poster Exhibition at ECR 2019
Promote Radiation Protection in Medical Imaging with the EuroSafe Imaging Poster Exhibition!
EuroSafe Imaging is organising the sixth edition of its poster exhibition dedicated to radiation protection at the European Congress of Radiology 2019 (February 27 – March 3, 2019 in Vienna, Austria) – be a part of it and submit your EuroSafe Imaging poster registration by October 10!
If you wish to submit an abstract for posters on a topic other than radiation protection in medical imaging, please click here.
The overarching themes of this year’s EuroSafe Imaging exhibition are Clinical Diagnostic Reference Levels (DRLs) in relation to Action 2 of the EuroSafe Imaging Call for Action 2018, and Dose Management Systems in relation to Action 4. However, if you would prefer to submit a poster on another topic, please feel free to select any subject matter relevant to one or more of the items in the Call for Action 2018. Please note that since EuroSafe Imaging is a radiation protection campaign, the focus is on modalities using ionising radiation.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any exhibition-related enquiries.
The EuroSafe Imaging poster exhibition uses the ESR’s Electronic Presentation Online System (EPOS), displaying posters electronically in the EPOS & ECR Online Lounge. In addition, the posters will be permanently available online after the congress as a DOI-indexed publication.
To prepare the EPOS system, we would like to ask you to pre-register by submitting the following information by Wednesday, October 10, 2018:
- Poster title
- Relevant EuroSafe Imaging Action(s) (see below; select up to 3 Actions in the form)
- Submitting author and affiliation (Title, Name, Email Address, Organisation, ESR ID)
- Up to 8 additional authors and affiliations (Title, Name, Organisation, ESR ID)
- Please ensure that you have permission from any additional authors to submit their personal data for the purposes of the poster exhibition
After you have submitted this information, you will be issued login data for the EPOS system and provided with instructions for submission. The EPOS submission will open shortly after the pre-registration period ends and will close on January 9, 2019.
Please be aware that the text of your poster will not be edited or checked for spelling errors, nor will any other errors be corrected. Please ensure that you comply with applicable data protection legislation if you use any personal data in your poster. We would also like to refer you to the ESR data protection notice for further information.
