EuroSafe Imaging Poster Exhibition at ECR 2021
Promote Radiation Protection in Medical Imaging with the EuroSafe Imaging Poster Exhibition at ECR 2021.
EuroSafe Imaging is organising the 8th edition of its poster exhibition dedicated to radiation protection at the European Congress of Radiology 2021.
The EuroSafe Imaging poster exhibition uses the ESR’s Electronic Presentation Online System (EPOS), displaying posters electronically in the EPOS & ECR Online Lounge. In addition, the posters will be permanently available online after the congress as a DOI-indexed publication.
Submitting a poster is a 2-part process, first, an abstract will need to be submitted. Following this, all abstracts will be reviewed and those that are accepted will be sent further instructions and a link allowing them to upload the full poster.
The overarching theme of this year’s exhibition is patient wellbeing, covering any of the actions in the EuroSafe Imaging Call for Action 2018. However, if you would prefer to submit a poster on another topic, please feel free to select any subject matter relevant to one or more of the actions in the Call for Action 2018. Please note that since EuroSafe Imaging is a radiation protection campaign, the focus is on modalities using ionising radiation.
The registration system for the EuroSafe Imaging poster exhibition has changed from previous years. To simply the submission process, this year there is only one abstract type. Therefore, to submit a poster to the EuroSafe Imaging poster exhibition, you will need to select the preferred presentation format as ‘poster’ or ‘oral’ and ‘Radiation Protection/EuroSafe Imaging’ as the topic of your poster.

Once you have created an account and logged in to the abstract submission page, you can submit your abstract under the Radiation Protection/EuroSafe Imaging topic. Following a review of all abstracts, those accepted will be sent further instructions and a link allowing them to upload their poster.
The deadline for submission of poster abstracts is November 10th, 2020.
